Advanced Skin Treatments in Fresno

Facials maintain skin; skin treatments change it. This is the corrective side of the Savage Serenity menu, where clinical devices and medical-grade protocols go to work on the concerns creams can’t reach: acne scarring, sun damage, laxity, stubborn texture, unwanted hair. Every treatment below is matched to a specific concern, performed by our trained providers, and is honest about how many sessions it takes to see real change.

Shortest path to the right treatment: call (559) 388-8726, name the concern, and we’ll tell you what actually fixes it.

Why Medical-Grade Matters Here

The gap between a storefront device and a clinical one is energy, depth, and supervision, and results live in that gap.

Our providers work with equipment cleared for clinical use under medical-grade protocols, which means treatments can go deep enough to change skin rather than just brighten it for a weekend. It also means an honest consult: some concerns need three sessions, some need a different treatment than the one you came in asking for, and we’ll tell you either way.

Skin Treatment FAQs

How many sessions will I need?
Depends on the concern and the treatment: hair removal and collagen-building treatments work in series (commonly 9 to 12 sessions), while peels and microdermabrasion show results per visit. The number you get at the consult is the realistic one.
What’s the downtime like?
Ranges from none (microdermabrasion, Sofwave) to a few days of social downtime (deeper peels, microneedling). Each child page states its recovery honestly; we’ll also plan around your calendar.
Can I combine skin treatments with facials or injectables?
Yes, and sequencing is the trick: certain treatments prepare skin beautifully for others, and some need spacing. Bring your goals, and we’ll build the order.
Which treatment is best for acne scars?
Microneedling (with PRF for stubborn cases) is usually the anchor, sometimes supported by peels. It’s the most common scar plan we build.
