Injectables: Wrinkle Relaxers, Fillers & Biostimulators

Injectables are where technique matters more than product, and at Savage Serenity, every syringe is in the hands of our experienced injector team. The philosophy here is subtraction, not addition: soften what bothers you, keep what makes your face yours, and never send anyone out the door looking “done.” Fresno has plenty of places to get injected; this page is the map of how we do it and which treatment fits which goal.

Fastest route to an answer: call (559) 388-8726 and book a consultation; bring your questions and your bare face, and leave with a plan.

Why an Experienced Injector Matters

Anatomy, dosing, and the judgment to say “less” are what separate results people compliment from results people clock.

This practice was built on assessment-first appointments: your face is mapped, and your goals are discussed before any product is opened, and “not yet” is a recommendation our injectors actually give.

Injectables are medicine; you deserve a trained professional holding the needle.

Injectables FAQs

What’s the difference between a wrinkle relaxer, a filler, and a biostimulator?
Relaxers (like Botox) soften the muscle movement that causes skin creases. Fillers restore volume where it’s been lost. Biostimulators (like Sculptra) teach your skin to rebuild its own collagen over months. Many treatment plans combine two of the three.
How do I know which injectable I need?
You don’t have to. That’s the consultation’s job: bring the mirror-frustration, and our injectors translate it into a plan, including the order of things to do and what to skip.
How long do results last?
Broadly: relaxers last about 3 to 4 months, hyaluronic fillers last around 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and placement, and biostimulators build results that last for a year or more. Your child’s page of choice covers specifics.
Will I look overdressed?
Not from this chair. Conservative dosing and staged appointments are house policy; we’d rather see you twice than overfill you once.
